The Pressure Welder Mobility Program
The Pressure Welder Mobility Program is a new way to test it will allow welders to test once and never have to test again as long as they maintain the continuity as per the ASME regulations. This program is optional but is recommended. The cost is $50 per year for welders (cost to be reimburse to members from the training fund). You will not receive a welding ticket but you will be enrolled in ACI Central. Contractors will then be able to access your information. If tested in F3/F4, F6/F4 or F5/F6 to this standard you will have mobility throughout Atlantic Canada, Nunavut & the North West Territories.
How to keep Continuity:
If working on a job and you weld in the certification you have tested the contractor will be responsible to maintain you continuity in ACI Central.
If you haven't worked you can come to a Recognized Training Center withing the continuity period and do a Practice test that meets criteria. (It will not be X-rayed)
Welder must have their own e-mail address to register. It can only be paid with Credit Card.
For reimbursement please forward receipts to [email protected]
